Cait's passion for travel began when she first left her native British Columbia and traveled to Thailand at the age of eighteen. Since then everything has been about travel: She has travelled to over 25 countries, worked on luxurious private yachts in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and the Great Barrier Reef. She also ran an exclusive guided-tour company in South Africa and has worked in many facets of the hospitality industry. Cait also holds a special place in her heart for wellness. She is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has studied over 100 different dietary theories. Her speciality is in living a gluten free lifestyle and offers one-on-one coaching for dedicated individuals.

Tara is a writer, dancer, garden designer and urban food growing advocate. After completing a BA in History and Environmental studies at the University of Victoria she went on to study plant life at Pacific Horticulture College earning her landscaping technician and master gardener certification. She went on to work at several farms and urban food growing operatives to get her hands dirty and continue her vegucation before founding Sprout House Gardens.
