This all-inclusive experience includes daily yoga, meditation, healing classes, five part series of how to live and eat better while traveling and at home, nourishing meals, full moon ceremony, sweat lodge, excursion to Cenotes and an experience that will stay with you for a lifetime.

What you will do:


On this exclusive and unique retreat, you will feel nurtured as part of a small intimate group of like-minded holistically healthy individuals. Your retreat will be tailored to your desired experience and preferred outcome. Prior to your arrival your hosts will design your program with you to ensure that you receive a truly unique and personalized experience.

Group workshops will be held daily for nutrition, wellness, and inspiration along with yoga and meditation classes.

There are a plethora of optional activities that you can add to your experience to make your trip to Tulum truly unique. You are welcome to take part in all opportunities on the retreat, but everything is optional. You are open to explore the beach, ride bikes through town, explore local villages and markets or simply lounge in hammocks with your favorite book. This is your unique adventure, feel free to make this retreat YOUR OWN!

  • 7 days and 7 nights at Shambala Petit Hotel right on the beach in Tulum, Mexico. You will fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves lapping on the shore, practice yoga in the stunning studio located right on the beach and enjoy this experience with other like-minded individuals.

  • Delicious, healthy, nourishing foods sourced from local markets and various farmers in Tulum. They
    include local produce and are organic when possible. 

  • 2 yoga classes daily, morning and evening to relax, recharge and realign you

  • Full moon ceremony and yoga practice on arrival day

Where You Will Sleep

The Shambala Petit hotel is located right on the beach in Tulum. The casitas are placed in a U-shape facing the white sand and beautiful blue Caribbean ocean. There are 10 casitas and each one is unique. Most open out onto the beach and all of them are made with love. 

What you will eat:

All meals are prepared with local produce and with love by the wonderful staff at Shambala Petit hotel.
The menu is gluten and dairy free, however, they also offer toast and yogurt for those that enjoy these items.

Who Will Guide You

Cait Fraser

To Cait, everything has been about travel: She has traveled to over 25 countries, worked on luxurious private yachts in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, and the Great Barrier Reef. She even ran an exclusive guided-tour company in South Africa for a season. She has also worked in many facets of the hospitality industry. Cait also holds a special place in her heart for wellness. She is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has studied over 100 different dietary theories. Her specialty is guiding others to find their unique lifestyle surrounding health and wellness and she offers one-on-one coaching for dedicated individuals. 

Blending travel and well-being is an opportunity to create extraordinary experiences. She is dedicated to seeking out and facilitating the best and most unique experiences in the world by empowering her clients to create space, change habits, enjoy cultural adventures, learn culinary wellness and most importantly, have a truly unique travel experience that encourages self-care in your everyday life.

Mikaela Reuben

Fusing the science of nutrition with the art of healthy eating and food creation, Mikaela is a Culinary Nutritionist and Health Consultant working for the likes of Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, and Woody Harrelson. She has molded a career that inspires people to make better health and food decisions offering nutrition and health coaching through a personalized approach.

Mikaela uses her knowledge of the body and of different cultural healing traditions to empower people to live with happiness and health, in balance and harmony with their true self. It’s not just about food and exercise – Mikaela uses human connection to intuitively meet the needs of her clients.

Her philosophy is rooted in bio-diversity; the understanding that each body is unique and thus has a unique path to optimal health. She believes in trying to help people live better and more fulfilled lives, and that happiness starts in the body. Whether it’s in the form of food, love, or experiences, the choice of what we use to fuel ourselves with will affect who we are.


Maria Filippone

Maria Filippone's multi-disciplinary training and teaching spans over twenty years and has taken her around the globe, shaping her gifts into a synergistic blend of Vinyasa yoga, Pilates, Thai masssage, and Sanskrit chant.

Her classes have been described as a journey where time slows down, where music and breath carry the mind and body into an experience of deep alignment. Maria invites her students to be curious about their practice, and to find the courage to move beyond limitations; her meticulous hands-on adjustments and precise verbal cues invite students to access the grace, ease and power that lies within. Maria's appreciation and love for all of her teachers, her students, community and her beautiful daughter's, expands her heart and grounds her as a teacher.
