7 days and 7 nights at Shambala Petit Hotel right on the beach in Tulum, Mexico. You will fall asleep to the sounds of the ocean waves lapping on the shore, practice yoga in the stunning studio located right on the beach and enjoy this experience with other like-minded individuals.
Delicious, healthy, nourishing foods sourced from local markets and various farmers in Tulum. They
include local produce and are organic when possible.

The Shambala Petit hotel is located right on the beach in Tulum. The casitas are placed in a U-shape facing the white sand and beautiful blue Caribbean ocean. There are 10 casitas and each one is unique. Most open out onto the beach and all of them are made with love.
What you will eat:
All meals are prepared with local produce and with love by the wonderful staff at Shambala Petit hotel.
The menu is gluten and dairy free, however, they also offer toast and yogurt for those that enjoy these items.

She even ran an exclusive guided-tour company in South Africa for a season. She has also worked in many facets of the hospitality industry. Cait also holds a special place in her heart for wellness. She is a Certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and has studied over 100 different dietary theories. Her specialty is guiding others to find their unique lifestyle surrounding health and wellness and she offers one-on-one coaching for dedicated individuals.

Her classes have been described as a journey where time slows down, where music and breath carry the mind and body into an experience of deep alignment. Maria invites her students to be curious about their practice, and to find the courage to move beyond limitations; her meticulous hands-on adjustments and precise verbal cues invite students to access the grace, ease and power that lies within.
